Orders will go through the processing stage within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2-Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

We offer Free Shipping within the US, overseas shipping’s price will depend on where you are based.

Return and Refund Policy

One of our main goals is to provide quality products to our customers. If you receive products from dtcollagen.com that do not meet your expectations, simply return the gently used products within 30 days of receipt. Only items purchased on dtcollagen.com with accompanying order information will be accepted for return or exchange.

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.

Cancellation Replacement

If you would like to cancel your dtcollagen.com order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 1-877-352-4938. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has been sent to the warehouse for processing, it may not be changed or cancelled.
