Step 1: put chin forward, bring top teeth behind bottom teeth.
Step 2: keep that posture, lift & lower the chin 10 times.

2. Smooth out fined lined around lips, help to plump & firm lips area

Step 1: Pout your lips forward
Step 2: Pulse the lips, then push them forward (just like you’re having a straw in your mouth)
Step 3: Hold for 5 secs, then release. Repeats 5 times

3. Firmer Cheeks and Defined Jawline:

This exercise will help to firm, shape and lift the cheeks area, as well as gives you a more toned & defined jawline.

Step 1: Make a long O shape using your mouth.
Step 2: Pull your checks together
Step 3: Hold for 10 secs, then release. 

4. Reduce wrinkles on forehead

This exercise works on the horizontal wrinkles and 11 lines on the forehead. 

Step 1: Put & press the palms on forehead, hold still
Step 2: Lift the eyebrows up ⇒ this will create a tension
Step 3: Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Repeats 3 times

5. The V - reduce crows feet & prevent lines under eyes:

If you have wrinkles and fine-lines under eyes or around eyes areas, this exercise is for you. With just a little bit of practice everyday, you can erase those lines and say hello back to your sparkling eyes. 

Step 1: Take 2 middle fingers between eyebrows
Step 2: 2 index fingers on outer edges of both eyes
Step 3: Squint upward with the lower eyelids – hold for 5 secs
Step
4: Relax – then repeat above steps 5 times
Step 5:
Finally, shut your eyes tightly for 5 seconds.

6. The Giraffe - fix loose lines on the neck:

Step 1: Look straight ahead, place fingertips at the bottom of your neck (around collarbones)
Step 2: Lightly press and pull the skin downwards with your head tilted back
Step 3: Bring the head back down to you chest.

4: Repeat above steps twice

Step 5: With your head tilted back,
push the lower lip out as far as possible, hand press on collarbones, chin pointed upward, and hold that position for 4 deep breaths.
Step 6
: Release.

7. Lion's breathe - relax your mind & release facial tension

Step 1: Take a deep inhale through your nose, feel it filling up your lungs
Step 2: Then on your exhale, exhale through your mouth with tongue out, making a loud “haaaa” sound

3: Repeat above steps 5 times.

8. Pulling the muscle behind the head

If you are a skeptical person, this exercise might seem to be a little bit non-sense for you. But it works for multiple people, and yet, it is a perfect cool-down exercise for the end of this series. 
Apart from the main effect of reducing wrinkles, I feel a sense of lightness doing this exercise, as if all the stress being pulled away.

Step 1: Close your eyes, completely relax (preferably lying down)
Step 2: Visualize the muscles running to the back of your head. Do this for 10 seconds.
Step
3: Repeat above steps 3 times.
