DT Collagen Anti-Aging Facial Night Cream is a lightweight anti-aging moisturizing crème made of natural occurring proteins and amino acids that work together to stimulate collagen growth, restore skin elasticity and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a naturally-occurring polysaccharide found in the human body that acts as a cushioning and lubrication agent for our joints, nerves, hair, skin and eyes. Our ability to produce hyaluronic acid declines with age. The decrease in the production of hyaluronic acid can lead to increase dryness, fine lines, wrinkles and sagging of the skin. It’s particularly important to the skin’s appearance because about 50 percent of the body’s supply is located in the skin tissues, where the viscous, jelly-like substance helps keep the skin moist and soft.
  • Ceramides are natural lipids and are a major component of our surface skin structure. They serve as part of the “glue” that holds surface skin cells together. Ceramides are naturally found in the skin’s vulnerable outer layer and help retain moisture. Dry, irritated, and sensitive skin is often linked to low levels of ceramides. When the skin’s ceramide levels are low, the skin has difficulty retaining moisture. Clinical studies have shown that dry and damaged skin is often linked to depleted ceramide levels. As a result, the skin’s protective barrier is compromised and becomes more susceptible to environmental factors such as changes of the season, and other irritants.     I was genuinely impressed by this cleanser! Being an aesthetician, I’ve tested numerous active cleansers. With a combination oily skin prone to hormonal breakouts, this product has become a game-changer. It effectively manages my breakouts while keeping my skin barrier comfortable. Dare I say, hydrated, without any dryness or tightness which, is very rare in this type of exfoliating cleanser. The mild scent and medium-density foam add to the pleasant experience. I would advise against daily use for those with sensitivity or dryer skin. I noticed some flaking around the nose, which is expected with this type of cleanser. Overall, my skin appears brighter, smoother, and has significantly benefited from this formula, particularly in addressing my breakouts. Highly recommend!

    I love an exfoliating cleanser, being 50+ I need to exfoliate more often than younger people because the cell turnover slows down as you age. Being a Licensed Esthetician and Retail Specialist for 22+ years I have used many different cleansers and exfoliating products. When I first applied this cleanser to my skin the first thing I noticed was that it foamed as I was cleansing my skin. I do appreciate a foaming cleanser as I feel as though my skin is getting very clean. Being an exfoliating cleanser is important to me. This cleanser does contain salicylic acid but there was not any stinging that I have felt with other products that contain salicylic acid. I definitely like the way my skin feels after I use it. After using it for a few weeks I feel as though my skin looks brighter and feels very clean after use.

    The DT Collagen Exfoliating Cleanser is a great option for acne prone skin. I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist for over 17 years and skincare is one of my specialties. I have combination acne-prone skin and I am always looking for products to help keep my skin clear. This cleanser is neat in that it exfoliates and also attracts moisture to the skin. I love the pump style for this cleanser because it keeps you from wasting product. After using the DT Collagen Exfoliating Cleanser for a few weeks, it didn’t cause my skin to break out. It also didn’t seem to compromise my skin barrier which is an added plus. My skin seemed to glow a little more being able to gently exfoliate it. I would highly recommend this cleanser for all ages and skin types.
